So today I attended my first bloggers meet and yes it was amaaaazing. The meet was organised by Indiblogger for Neutrogena.
Since it was the first I was attending a meet I was curious as to how it will turn out.
I was surprised and how!
The meet started out with interaction with fellow bloggers and other fun activities.
We then had Tara Sharma on stage. The Bollywood actress who now has her own show about Motherhood- The Tara Sharma Show spoke about her show and her experience.
We also had a dermatologist speak about sunscreens.
That was a lot of gyaan. I learnt about UVA and UVB rays. How one shouldn't only check the SPF factor but the UVA specifics as well.
One should reapply sunscreen every two hours and if you go swimming, reapply sunscreen every 40 minutes.
Okay.. now lemme tell an interesting thing.
We were asked to tweet about 'one fun thing you'd like to do under the sun'. You guys know that I'm a tweet-a-holic. So I tweeted a couple of things like scuba diving and horse riding.
And lo, they loved my tweets and announced me as the winner.
I was so excited about the event that I forgot to click pictures. (Yep, I'm regretting too) But I finally got them from the IndiBlogger Facebook page and the Neutrogena Facebook page.
I connected with a few fellow bloggers. It was great to talk to them.
